17. LECOM Packs (Digital Prize Packs & Credits)
LECOM Packs is an optional digital experience in which customers purchase credits and use them to open virtual “packs” containing prize cards redeemable for goods and experiences at LECOM Event Center (such as concession items, event tickets, seat upgrades, and VIP experiences). By purchasing credits or opening packs you agree to the following:
- Guaranteed value — not a game of chance.Every pack is guaranteed to contain prizes with a combined venue retail value at least equal to the pack’s purchase price. Randomness affects only which prizes above that guaranteed floor you receive. LECOM Packs is a blind-bag style product, not a lottery, raffle, or gambling product, and no prize is contingent on chance falling below the price paid.
- Credits. Credits are a prepaid balance usable only within LECOM Packs. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Credit purchases are processed by Square and are final.
- Prize cards & redemption codes. Each winning card carries a single-use redemption code (QR and short code). A code is invalidated the moment venue staff redeem it. Keep your account and codes private — anyone presenting a valid code may be given the prize. Lost or stolen codes may be voided and reissued at our discretion.
- Expiration. Prize cards expire as stated on the card (event-specific prizes expire with the event; concession prizes generally expire 12 months after issue). Expired cards are void.
- Substitution. If a prize becomes unavailable (e.g., a cancelled event), we may substitute a prize of equal or greater venue retail value.
- Age. Credit purchases require a payment method — purchasers must be 18 or older or have a parent or guardian complete the purchase.
- Fair play. We may void packs, cards, or credits obtained through fraud, technical exploitation, or violation of these Terms.
