A spicy showdown in the coolest venue around. The Frozen Flames Chili Clash brings bold flavors, friendly competition and family fun to the LECOM Event Center during the Elmira Aviators home opening weekend. Think your chili has what it takes? Enter the cook-off for $50 and compete for over $1,000 in prizes. You don't have to cook to join in — the Chili + Aviators Game Package is $23 and covers both the chili tasting and that night's Aviators game against Danbury, or take a chili-only ticket for $20, kids are $5. Tastings are 2 ounces each and you can taste as many as you like. Come hungry, bring your friends, and help us find out who has the hottest chili in town.

- Hockey seats are not selectable — the game ticket is admission and your seat is assigned

The game package includes admission to the Aviators game, not a chosen seat. Puck drop is 7:00 PM. Seats are assigned — you do not pick your seat.

Entry is $50 and there is over $1,000 in prizes on the line. Entries are taken by Southern Tier Events, who run the cook-off floor. Their application covers what you need to bring, setup times and the judging rules.
