Orders are packed by hand at the box office, so yours won't be ready the moment you pay. We'll text you — or email you, if you'd rather not leave a mobile — as soon as it's packed, and that message tells you when to come.
Box office pickup
We don't ship. Every order is picked up at the LECOM Event Center box office, 155 N Main St, Elmira NY 14901 — just give your name at the window.
Secure checkout
Every order runs through Square — the same trusted checkout we use for tickets. Listed prices are before sales tax and the card processing fee, both itemized at checkout. Apparel under $110 is exempt from New York's 4% state tax, so you're only charged the 4% Chemung County rate.
Limited quantities
This is real on-hand inventory. Sizes are first-come, first-served and won't be restocked. The exception is anything badged Preorder — that isn't in stock yet, and the badge is on every one of them.
Preorders
A Preorderbadge means we haven’t got it yet — it’s on order, and paying reserves your size. Same box office pickup, same message when it’s ready; the wait is just longer. The Hockey Academy range is on preorder now.
