The role

What the Spirit Team does

Equal parts performer, ambassador, and fan-favorite. You’ll be on the ice, in the stands, and out in the community wherever the Aviators show up.

Game Nights

Hype the LECOM crowd on home game nights — pre-game tunnels, intermission features, and goal celebrations.

Community Events

Represent the Aviators at school visits, parades, charity events, and Twin Tiers community appearances.

Camera-Ready Crew

Sideline shoots, social content, and giveaways — be the face fans see on the ice and on their feeds.

Team Energy

Lead chants, run promos, and keep the LECOM Event Center loud from puck-drop to final horn.
