Welcome to the LECOM Event Center. By purchasing tickets, entering the premises, or participating in any events hosted at our facility, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Ticketing & Admission

• Valid Tickets Required: All guests must have a valid ticket for entry. Tickets may be presented in physical or digital format.

• Authorized Sellers: Tickets must be purchased through authorized vendors only (e.g., Ticketmaster). We are not responsible for counterfeit or invalid tickets.

• Re-entry Policy: Re-entry is not permitted unless otherwise stated. Please plan accordingly.

2. Venue Rules

• Prohibited Items: The following are strictly prohibited: weapons, illegal substances, outside food and beverages, professional cameras (unless authorized), drones, and laser pointers.

• Security Screening: All guests are subject to security screening including bag checks and metal detection upon entry.

• Code of Conduct: All attendees must behave respectfully and safely. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.

3. Accessibility

• The LECOM Event Center is ADA-compliant. For accessibility requests or assistance, please contact us in advance on our contact page.

4. Event Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

• Event Modifications: The LECOM Event Center reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any event due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the policies of the ticketing platform or event organizer. Please check your point of purchase for details.

5. Photography & Media

• By entering the venue, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording, and its release for promotional purposes by the LECOM Event Center and its partners.

• Flash photography and unauthorized recording are strictly prohibited.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

• Attending events at the LECOM Event Center is at your own risk. The venue and its affiliates are not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property.

• In the event of an emergency, please follow the instructions of venue staff and emergency personnel.

7. Health & Safety

• Guests must comply with any health and safety protocols in place, including but not limited to mask-wearing or social distancing, as required by local or state mandates.

• If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, we ask that you do not attend for the safety of all guests and staff.

8. Minors

• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Certain events may have age restrictions. Please verify before purchasing tickets.

9. Parking & Transportation

• On-site parking is available but limited. The venue is not responsible for vehicles or personal belongings left inside.

• Please obey all posted signage and traffic regulations when arriving or leaving the venue.
